We provide junk removal, hauling, and demolition services as described on our website, through written estimates, or via direct communication. All services are subject to availability and may require an on-site assessment.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and/or an on-site evaluation. Final pricing may vary depending on actual volume, weight, type of materials, access conditions, or unforeseen project factors.

Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated

Additional charges may apply for hazardous materials, extra labor, or extended travel

3. Payments

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash and major credit cards.

A deposit may be required for larger projects.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee.

If we arrive and cannot complete the job due to lack of access, undisclosed conditions, or other issues outside our control, a service call fee may apply.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area

Disclose hazardous materials or safety concerns before work begins

Obtain required permits or approvals for demolition work, unless otherwise agreed

6. Prohibited Materials

We do not remove certain hazardous or regulated materials, including but not limited to asbestos, certain chemicals, medical waste, or items prohibited by local or state regulations. Customers are responsible for disclosing such materials in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or property caused by normal service operations unless due to negligence.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextGen Junk Removal/Demolition Services from claims related to items removed or demolition work performed.

8. Ownership & Disposal

By authorizing removal, you confirm you have the legal right to dispose of the items. All removed items become our property and may be disposed of, recycled, or donated at our discretion.

9. Warranties

All services are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding junk removal or demolition services.

10. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

The NextGen Junk Removal SMS Program provides customers with service-related messages, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders, customer support communications, and occasional promotional or informational messages.
